Computer not allowing access to other computers on network?

I have a home network and all computers share files fine except one. This computer can access shared files from the other computers but will not allow access to its own shared files from the other computers. It is using windows firewall and I do not have a third party firewall installed. I have exhaused every option withing the computer and cannot find the reason. All options for sharing have been set correctly. I have been through all the firewall and network connection device options.

Anyone have any ideas as to how I can remedy this. Is there maybe a way I can detect what could be blocking this computer from the network?

Suppose the computer that isn't able to share it's files is called computer A, the others are called B and C. Have you tried turning off the firewall completely on computer A, then tried accessing files on it? If you still can't, the problem lies within sharing the files or folders. If you can, the problem lies within the firewall settings.

Are you sure Computer A's address is different from the other computers (and your modem/router)? Are all computers on at the same time?
