This sounds like a test you were given in a class and want us to answer for you. It's not "computer fluent" anyway. It's called "computer literate." Full fluency would require....well, someone who's only ever used Windows could be computer literate if they know it very well and know how to work problems out themselves, but they wouldn't be "fluent," exactly. Probably nobody is, not even Donald Knuth. You'd have to know how to work every UNIX out there (HP-UX, IRIX, Solaris, System V, OSX) plus Windows, BeOS....
