Can a computers circuits freeze?

I am curious, I am also fairly good with computers. But I am just wondering that can your computers motherboard/ram/circuits freeze? I mean if you live in a cold country, here in Australia we mainly worry about our computers overheating and we install heaps of fans, liquid cooling systems ect. But what if you took your computer overseas and it was freezing there! Would your computers insides freeze?

Theoretically yes, but it would have to be absurdly cold.

"Computer circuits" is a bit vague, but certain components would respond differently.

Keep in mind, primary components like CPU, GPU, RAM, Northbridge, Southbridge and various other chips on the board, can be cooled down to -160 celcius, and lower, without being damaged. Hence the concept of phase change units using liquid nitrogen or dry ice to keep them cool.

The world 3dmark record is roughly 23000 (score), and that was achieved by running liquid nitrogen to the components at an estimated -195 celcius.

The world GHZ record for CPU chip speed is currently about 7.1ghz, and that was achieved with dry ice and liquid nitrogen. The current project to break that and reach 8ghz, is run off of dual liquid nitrogen setups, and has a temperature well below -200 celcius.
