Ipod--two computers?

I have two computers.

I have some songs on my laptop (lets say computer a) that i want to put onto my i-pod.

All my other songs on my ipod are from my other computer (let's say computer b)

SO, if i plug my i-pod into computer a (a whole different itunes account) will it delete the songs i had from computer b?
