Cannot view workgroup computers via Wireless Network?

There are 4 computers on this floor (2 desktops and 2 laptops, both desktops have a wired connection to the internet and both laptops connect wirelessly via a Linksys router). All computers have the same workgroup name and all use Windows XP Professional except one of the laptops, which uses Media Center SP2. This certain laptop, like all the other 3 computers, connects to the internet fine, however, when trying to view other workgroup computers (like when trying to print to a shared printer), an error message states that the laptop doesn't have the priviledges to do so.

Other information that might be useful: Windows Firewall is off, Norton Internet Security is installed and running, Node type was Broadcast when 'ipconfig /all' was typed in CP.

weird that one of the 2 can see the "neighborhood" computers, as sometimes it's because the wifi router doesn't broadcast the necessary netbios infos (which is a good thing, as there are numerous security breaches in doing so).

Instead of accessing the computer through the "network neighbourhood", just open the file explorer ( [windows key] + [e] ) and in the adress bar enter either \\computername\ or \\ipadress_of_that_computer\ . One or the other should work if the computer is in the same lan at all.
