my brother just put together a powerpoint for school but the computer shut off for some reason. (maybe because of static electricity cuz it was sitting on the floor) But i know there is some way of recovering it even if you dont save it. New computers have a way of remembering it in some way. Does anyone know what im talking about? if you do can you please let me know how i can recover it?

hmm...personally i think its not worth the trouble trying to recover it, but http://www.recovermyfiles.com/ has a program where you can get deleted files from your computer. You have to buy it though...so its really not worth it if you're just recovering one powerpoint. Also, you can go to programs-%26gt;accessories-%26gt;System tools-%26gt;System Restore and if it was a recent document or blah blah something then u can recover it easily, but it is very sensitive and it will not just recover one thing but things ahead of it or in that present day.
