I own a small company. I want to put computers in my trucks?

We have Quick books in all of our computers. we need to be able to have the computers in the trucks talk to the computers in the office. example. I bill joe homeowner from my turck computer to fix his furnace but he is not home, he calls into the office later that day and says can you tell me what is owed for my repair and what was wrong. How can we make these computers interact and share that information from quickbooks from the computers in the trucks to the office computers. The computers in the trucks have internet through Verizon wireless cards We tried quick books online but it is a horrible product

The easiest way to do this would be to setup a VPN connection from your "truck" to the office network:

If you will be accessing a windows server at the office then follow this guide:

Note: If your using active directory on your network you will have to enable dial in for remote access under the specific user account.
