I have set up a wireless network with 1 laptop running vista business, and on desktop computere running xp home edition. The lap top is connected wireless and the desktop computer is connected directly to the router. If i go to " view workgroup computers" from the desktop computer, i see the laptop and the desktop, but when i try open the laptop, i get a error messege" Is nnot accessable the network path was not found". On the vista computer i can view both computers on the "network map" but not under network.

You need to enable file sharing on the laptop computer,
Go to controlpannel%26gt;network connections
Run the network set up wizard and select the option to share files and printers.
Also make sure that all the computers are on the same workgroup, you can check this by right clicking on my computer and selecting properties, the in the system propertiess box, check the network settings for the workgroup name.
